St.6  Koldedalen cabin to Ingerdbu cabin via Fleskedalen Valley
6 hours / 15km
210m / 730m
Marked in the summer with cairns.

About a km before Koldedalen cabin there is a bridge over a torrent. The path goes from the north side of the bridge up a steep shoulder for 10 minutes until the terrain flattens. Then head north for 2 km above the river on the west side until Urdadalsvatnet lake appears.

Just beyond is a junction with a path heading east to Tyinholmen and Fondsbu which is ignored. Continue north round the west shore of the lake across stones for another km until there is another junction. Take the path heading west up into a valley for a km to reach a watershed in a saddle between two craggy hills here, curiously, the path has been constructed from natural slabs. Continue west past the watershed for a km descending to a lake and pass it on the north side.

After the lake the path drops again for another km down into the flatter U-shaped Fleskedalen valley. Head west down this gentle pleasant valley on the north side of the river for 7 km until it veers south west and reaches three grass roofed cabins on a meadow to the south of the river.

Just after this meadow the path meets the path, St.6, between Skogadalsbøen and Hjelle. This path St.6 is now followed SW for 4 km as it descends down into the forest, crosses a permanent bridge over the Fleskedøla river, and then gently passes down through a lush but marshy area for ½ hour to reach Ingjerdbu cabin.
