This is an old farm in a dramatic setting on a small plateau overlooking Utladalen. It was abandoned but has been beautifully restored in the last 20 years and is now run as a farm again in the summer months.
Most of the farming activity centres on maintaining the meadows and looking after grazing animals, mostly goats. The Farm accommodates passing walkers with refreshments and also provides very reasonably priced meals and accommodation. It is open from late June to mid September. Outwith this period there is self-service accommodation with a key. It is not known whether this is the standard DNT key or not.
