There two routes up Vestre Rauddalstind. The west ridge is the easiest way as is described in the main section. The other route is the east ridge from the saddle with Store Rauddalstind described here.
The east ridge itself is very straight forward and is just a simple ½ hours walk up over easy boulders from the saddle. However, getting to this saddle is more demanding.
The only two routes are either over Store Rauddalstind and down the west ridge of this mountain to the saddle or up the crevassed Kristenbreen glacier.Both of these routes to the saddle are described in full on the Store Rauddalstind page in the alternatives routes section.
